ordered the pair of glass from their websites, via paypal, this is their liabilities
weight is about 100~110 grams planning to DNA or EB them, what would be the preferred method?


we aim to deliver our products within 4 working days from the order date. A signature Is a useless form of delivery verification, so on the grounds they're liable for lost shipments, the DNA Is good to go.

DHL I’m here is very messed up, they signed the signature themselves. And dropped it off at the reception. Emailed them I have not received it, they responded with doorman signed it. I told “ that is not my signature and I have not received the package.
And filed a dispute with PayPal because they took forever to respond

Tell them to email you a copy of the signature.

For your reference, PayPal tend to side with the seller based on tracking confirmation.
