ordered the pair of glass from their websites, via paypal, this is their liabilities
weight is about 100~110 grams planning to DNA or EB them, what would be the preferred method?
we aim to deliver our products within 4 working days from the order date. Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments inside the European Community take about 2/3 working days from the shipment date; shipments to the rest of the world take about 4/5 working days from the shipment date.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Before signing, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.
