Please elaborate further on this, namely their specific reply to approve the refund.

Your first mistake was refunding from ASOS. Never try refunding from ASOS.

They're just as bad as Argos, If not worse.

No doubt they're still SE'able (every company Is), but It just takes methodical and strategic planning.

No doubt, but many people spend so much time trying to SE a store with minimal value when they can spend 50% of that time and make an easy $500 with 30 minutes of work at the most. Talking about a specific company you can message me about if you want to know more info.

If their account Is matured, In good standing and without prior suspicions raised, then yes, opt for high(er) value Items.

Of course, the timing between each SE Is paramount, and throwing In a few legit claims Is also good practice.

You should open a PayPal claim, but expect it to take longer now.

As a last resort, this Is certainly a good option.

If that fails, you can perform a chargeback via your credit card provider, or a bank reversal with your merchant/financial Institution.

I'm curious as to how they can claim fucked up orders are rare. ASOS is a huge company, and with so many orders a day there's bound for some orders to go wrong. Anyway, like some people have said, try and go through PayPal, or a chargeback through your bank.

Absolutely agree.

They're simply trying to release themselves from liability due to picking & packing errors. I can assure you that every warehouse environment, experiences errors to some degree. Even If goods are scanned In the process of being packed, It doesn't conclude that the storeperson physically placed the Item In Its respective box/package.

Hey guys, completely forgot all about this thread my bad. So to update you, ASOS proceeded to block my account and now I can't even sign in. The order was just a bunch of hoodies and some jeans totalling to just over £220. What makes me curious is what made them just instantly shut me down. I've only ever SE'd asos once a couple years ago and even then that was on a different address, account and name. I am still able to dispute the transaction on paypal but i've been a bit doubtful.
