refund declined - yja13 - 10-10-2020 So I tried to SE an ASOS order and everything was going well and even was meant to receive the refund but received this: Hello, After an assessment of your account, we've made the decision to not issue a refund for your claim. It’s very rare for issues with orders to occur and ASOS have therefore made the decision to not accept any further orders from you. In order to take this further, we recommend contacting your payment provider to dispute any lost funds. Your payment provider may be in touch with ASOS and we'll be able to provide information regarding your account to support their investigations. Once they're happy this is a genuine claim, they may refund your account. In the event further orders are placed, they'll be cancelled. If you need to make any valid returns, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You can read our Ts&Cs by clicking here. As we’re unable to help you further with this, any emails received about this matter will be automatically closed with no response. The ASOS account had no past orders on it and I chose to use the missing item method. Was just a bunch of clothing I tried it on. I could open a dispute on paypal to continue with this but I never encountered this problem before so I'm just a bit wary if I actually should. Any advice? RE: refund declined - Roadman - 10-10-2020 How much was the missing item and total order value, as well as the ratio? Asos have been extremely difficult for some time now. Yes you should definitely PayPal them. Also depending on how many times you've done them before, they probably linked you somehow. Picking errors occur almost each and every day In every warehouse environment, particularly with companies on a large scale who experience an Influx of activity. ASOS Is no exception. RE: refund declined - SE.UK - 10-11-2020 It sounds to me that ASOS have improved rapidly to counteract SE'ing. Have you had previous accounts which have a strong record of SE'ing? RE: refund declined - mothered - 10-12-2020 Quote:It’s very rare for issues with orders to occur and ASOSFurther to my above post, ASOS are stating that It's "rare" for order discrepancies, but It doesn't mean that It does not and will not happen. RE: refund declined - mothered - 10-12-2020 @yja13, any developments with the SE? RE: refund declined - bajsblojanx - 10-20-2020 I think he did EU asos, EU ASOS/Zalando is raped, they only work FTID, but as mothered have stated and i've been reading alot of his stuff, FTID is flawed and has many risks, therefore many people out there selling it for % cut instead of ordering themself since you can indeed get court for it, when people do FTID they also do big amounts which is even bigger punishment here in european countries. RE: refund declined - Rednaxela1 - 10-21-2020 ASOS has been drained over the last couple of years, so they're probably more wise to what's happening. Although they can't provide evidence that you're lying. |
