refund by fedex

Hello guys! I didnt find anything of specific about this topic for this reason i m trying to find out my doubts. I m thinking to do a refund of a high value item ( about 1000$ ) on a eu e-commerce. i saw a lot of posts said fedex is really easy to dna, is it the true? thx a lot for these precious advices

If only a signature Is required on delivery, the DNA Is good to go.

no signature required. have i fill a form or something like that? i m trying asap. the package weight is about 200-500g

It's not possible to determine how the claim will be handled by the company.

The weight has no relevance to the DNA.

update: failed
after 20 visits of carrier. fedex told me i need a p r to get the refund. I dont know what happened honestly!
i went for dna, all good but after the countless visits of the carrier they changed their point of the view!

It's easy to file a PR, by attending your local police station or (where available) online.

Eu. i meant i dont wanna leave any trace on my attempt. i know it easy fill one but i dont care. i think if u need a pr it s a fail!
