so lets take the example man if your are taking to someone and i want to take out to whom your are talking to the person but i want to know so how can i know that i am asking without touching mean spy.

Easy stuff:

• You can try using vulnerabilities like stage-fright to get remote access, you would need to trick the person to go to a site on their phone for it to work tho.
  
• You can also backdoor an existing app and trick the person to install it on their smart phone.
  

Hard stuff:

• Hack the service provider's website and export the call log (Some service providers allow users to download call logs online)
  
• Craft a rouge cell tower to log the calls that the person makes

these are some excelent ideas, but i am not sure if OP has the time to do this. Seems like he is in a rush...
