Did they ask you to sign an affidavit after your account was limited?

Bro, surely that's a win. At least by signing you would get your money back?! Not the best you lost your PayPal account though, but I know <snip> has some pretty in-depth PayPal guides, to ensure you don't get any cross contamination when opening a new one, to start using for legit purchases or for r3funds
As a friendly reminder and as per our <snip>, referencing/linking other boards Is not allowed.
As such, I've removed It from your post.
Apologies about that, won't happen again

Would one be able to may a PR or Claim, even if the order wasn't placed in their name, but their name was used as the Payee

In terms of a PR, the Information (name, address etc) must correspond with the details on the claim.
