so an hour ago i just give them a message at the resolution centre about why the need the IC3 complaint and telling thme as long as they can provide me why i need the IC3 complaint i will go create a report asap. Maybe i can get away without creating a IC3 report or no i am not sure but i think it is important to restart the case first

Regardless of the reason, the report Is required as part of their assessment.

If you're concerned about submitting the report, the FBI will not Investigate one-off complaints, but rather those that are repeated.

my point of asking is not really concerning, i am trying to use this question to see if i am able to spin this without go filing a report and maybe having some better outcome
