Hi, so I ordered a ring for the value of £80 pounds via the pandora website and it was posted through the letterbox due to the pandemic but I would like to SE it I have contacted the company and they sent an automated response and told me to contact the royal mail (postage) so now I have the option of going via Paypal is it likely for me to get a refund. Also baring in mind they have taken payment but it is not showing up in my bank card yet it is showing up in my Paypal transactions. and there was also no confirmation email,
Please advise asap

You can go with Paypal or you can respond to Pandora telling them that Royal Mail wasn't able to help. I would keep Paypal as a back-up until it seems like you've failed with the company directly. What did you tell Pandora when you contacted them?
Also, keep in mind if you SE this, you'll have to SE to get any service for it in the future. Not sure if Pandora offers services like free cleaning, but the ring will most likely tarnish eventually.

Unfortunately, I have to retire from SE.
