and a gpu - 1.2kg

I've heard overclockers is quite hard to ref, what would be the best method to go about this? even if i just get a refund on the mix that is fine

Too heavy to PEB and besides that, as said, Overclockers has CCTV cameras In operation.

In terms of the faulty Item method, It can be a lengthy claims process. Does the box come with a factory seal?

ahh that makes sense youre very right


just watched some videos, and there really isnt many out there to help, what i did see though was a delivery of a whole pc with parts included in a big carboard box with the items inside of their normal boxes (not sure if this is factory) however this was also 5 years ago

Did an EB with them years ago, they said they checked the weight internally and said that the item was packed.
They refunded anyway...
