That aside, It depends on the Illness/medical condition - could be Incapacitated to do anything. Generally speaking, I'd try and stay awake as much as possible and enjoy every moment leading to my passing.

Might cross a few things off my bucket list or be a little more reckless with spending, but I would still be doing what I'm doing in the present.
