If you want both items DNA is your choice because the combined weight of the items is way too heavy for PEB. For only the socks PEB could be a good option, but you first need to establish the weight of the socks. Anything over 120 grams is too much for the PEB method

Hello, I’ve just ordered £164 trainers from Nike and a picture has been taken of the parcel on the floor with a slightly open door. Would DNA be the best possible option as it is just 1 item.

Hi, just called Nike this morning after ordering 2 pair of shoes just under 300euros. DNA'd it although I was not sure of the delivery conditions (a family member received it for me) and the rep proposed a refund.

I don't know if they tend to be more easy during end of year but the account had no orders and everything went smooth.

he did peb and got a full refund for the entire order, must be some braindead rep
