What information will I be asked for if I make a new eBay and PayPal account? I need to be able to send the money and list things to sell.
The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

Why not just go to the registration page and find out yourself? They won't send the FBI your way just for looking at what you need.

There are some things you can't see. PayPal will lock your funds if they detect anything "suspicious." Does anyone have experience with that?

Anything is suspicious with paypal. I made a payment of £45 to another account and the account got blocked, luckily the funds escaped so I didn't really give a toss on whatever was on it,
If you make a new account and the slightest thing like maybe one too many purchases in one day, they regard it as 'suspicious' and you'll just need to verify your identity to get using it again
It sucks
