Going by personal experience, I've been dealing with "Corsair" for over 10 years and haven't had any Issues to date. It's served me very well Indeed.
I haven't dealt with the other manufacturer, so I can't speak for It. The latency between the two Is the same (CL9/9-9-9-24), so too @1600MHz. If It were myself, I'd go for the Corsair- solely based on It's performance and particularly It's overall reliability.

I would go for Corsair. I use Corsair RAM in most of my systems. Only the budget systems I have run Kingston to lower costs.

Going by my own experience that I've had with different brands of ram, I've to say that I would recommend buying Corsair or HyperX memory, as they tend to offer good quality overall. I've used the HyperX Fury-series in plenty of builds over the years as they offer good bang for the buck, but for DDR4 I've gone over to Corsair due to better pricing and availability.
So in this case, I would say, get the Corsair memory as it's what I would personally choose.

I've had Corsair Vengeance, of the DDR3 and DDR4 variety. Never had any issues.
