If that's the case, you have a couple of options.
* Collect your package from a UPS customer centre.
* Reschedule the delivery to another address.

Unfortunately I've already rescheduled it to the side of my house. They're calling tomororw, but I don't have another place to send it, and if I collect it I cannot dna.

Understood.
Rather than the DNA, why not use another method and SE the most expensive Item, or the one you'd mostly like to keep?

Well it's 4 boxes and there are 3 items I'd like to keep. Not sure hwhat other techniques to use other than DNA; I'm not an experienced SE'er. I was considering returning the package with my pillows and sheets instead of theirs- about the same weight, but if they check the box I won't be refunded. Considering the same with a Ralph Lauren order of sheets and pillowcases. Would this work?

^ This Is the point - you'd like to SE Items In multiple boxes.
As such, the DNA Is the only method that's capable of doing that In one hit with packages that arrive In the same timeslot.

aarghh.. they left order on porch where camera is. 2 large boxes ,one small package, and one larger package. I'd like to SE this. They don't refund until they receive the packages back. Thinking I can keep replace their two down pillows with my two crummy pillows, return the two boxes and larger package, and say the smaller package didn't arrive. Small package is only 60$, so they likely won't open an investigation. Will this work? Or should I FTID the whole thing? I wouldn't mind keeping the entire order if possible.
