I'm thinking of doing a se with them, what method should I use?.they usually ship with DHL this is their shipping policy.

HX99G, it's a mini pc and it weighs less than 3lb. idk if HDL weigh their packages but I'm thnking about EB?

They do weigh packages, so too does the carrier, hence the EB Is out of the question.

in their policy they also talked about refund if the package is delivered damaged and product does not work. maybe if I damage the package and the outer of the item myself and claim that's how I received and it's dead it they might give refund. what do you think
