UPS doesn't update my tracking since two weeks.
Last that says is that a claim is opened.
I've called them, and they confirmed that they don't find the parcel.

XBOX rep told me that when the claim finishes, they will send me a refurbished xbox via post

My hind is to make a FTID V3 + V6. Use something that weights (like electronics from litter, or water, to make a similar weight).
Then, prepare parcel very poor emballed, just to get damaged on the way, plus FTID V3 (just in case!).

If they find it broken, they will throw away, so they will just pay the claim and no more.

Now i'm waiting for end of claim, but microsoft rep + UPS rep told me (literally), that they don't have a clue of where the fuck my package is

Any update on this? I am german myself, need an XBOX lol
