Received my order and the proof of signature shows it to be clearly at my front desk (building name in the picture) but no one there to collect it. Is it possible for the DNA to be successful if i say they just left it at the front desk and not with the conceirge?

Yeah try it as your first step. Probably got a 50/50 chance of working depending on how you work the Reps.
Who signed it? You? The Concierge? or the drivfer forged it?
Call or chat now and act panicked because its gone? Say theres been a string of burgleries idk. I knew a woman I called a vampire because she talks non stop that it exhausts people until they give in.
if you hate the Concierge say he might of stole it.

No one signed, just checked and it was no signature delivery - just a pic at my front desk so it is defo at my location but no one is in said pic and its just before easter so team could easily be off?

Not in any officially way thought e.g. logging it in a system. They just state this to the courier and collect the parcel but don’t log them at all or nothing.

I was once told by a higher department that my apartment even denied knowing the name of one of the staff who signed my parcel, which green lighted my DNA
