You won't be able to damage hardware with batch scripts.
You would have to block BSOD exit and then maximize the CPU/GPU usage to do something like that. But I doubt it can be possible.

Either way, we are good guys, so can't help you with that.

Try to kill CSRSS.exe process with a task kill API. If killed you will get a BSOD ( Blue Screen Of Death ) and get your CPU maximized as coder said

Here's something you can do .. Oh, and don't use this on your own computer haha! Make two files,Spam1.bat and Spam2.bat

For Spam1.bat

For Spam2.bat
