second friends please don't tell me you had to search because i have search a lot :headbash:

I know the some bugs like XSS, SQL , RFI or .... and also i Know about shell some how like c99 or r57
i have seen some movie how they used but i have searched a lot i really didn't find how to use the exploit
for example i went to this site exploit-db.com and there are a lot of exploit but when i open its all code how to use it ?

what are these cods mean ?

so ... save the exploit on your machine
and run

exemple:
perl exploit.pl <Parameters>

if your OS is windows install active perl to run
if linux is already native need not install anything

most exploits have a "manual" when you open it only with

perl exploit.pl

exploit.pl = name of the exploit

As explained above, it depends on the kind of exploit.
If it is just a code, you will have to download it and run it (depending on what language it is written. You may have to compile it)
If it is SQL injection or something like this, they will give you the payload and possibly a dork with it
