I only do it on evenings. Evert morning I use mouthwash to get the taste of night out of My system.

I brush them after breakfast and before going to bed. A third time if I go out that day. Plus flossing if I ate meat or other stuff that gets stuck in between my teeth.

I follow the recommendations of my dentist. He advised me to brush my teeth after every meal. Of course, I can't always follow it completely, but I do brush a few times a day.

1st im single,
2nd i have good oral cavity
3rd avoid floride

twice a day, but I take my time for it. I use an electric brush, a water streamer and some alcoholic syrup to finish.
