Ok, thanks. I didn't try to decompile it to .net code.
Edit: @
Coder-san: Now I got the password too.

I wonder why do you want it. I won't reveal the password since it's somebody's property.
can you please teach me that please..
For the most basic stuff you just need i.e. a string viewer to grab all the strings from the binary. Download strings.exe here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysin...s/bb897439
Open terminal and use it like this:
strings.exe yourbinary.exe > textfile.txt
This will put all strings found into textfile.txt. This way you can find passwords or e-mails or other information of programs without any protection or obfuscation.
.NET binaries can be decompiled easily, so you only need to know some high level programming to read it properly. Coder-san already told you the programs you need. Not every .exe is a .NET binary though.
For the protected stuff you will need reverse engineering knowledge.
To learn reverse engineering try lena's tutorials:
http://tuts4you.com/download.php?list.17
or random's:

You will have to learn assembly first though.
