That program uses anti-debugging techniques, so it can't be done with a hex editor, nor does it work just like that with olly. You will have to find an experienced reverse engineer to give it a shot (which I am not).

Huh? I must be blind. I didn't see a hardcoded password (only a public key and something that looks like a serial, but doesn't work), nor could I run it properly in olly.
