Any progress on your claims?

I find it strange that my first two for myself went through instantly, whereas the next two I did for my friend has been more than 2 days and it still has not been validated.

not sure whats going on, i tried a few yesterday and they didnt go through, tried again today and still nothing

I think your email to them made them stop doing it automatically lol. I'm not even having a laugh. Seriously! They must be like "how on earth did 100 manage to go through instantly. Let's put an end to that"

Because now they also added a new choice that says "date you received the phone".

Before it just asked the date you made the purchase.

ive been seeing other people get validated straight away, it could be that everyone is using a john lewis receipt

I tried two and both got validated straight away, they sent me a text though and not an email so im not sure if it actually worked
