I just se'ed a fitbit sense. The key is to get them to give you a return label, which i dont think they will do for every account. ( My account was my person one, on which i used an inferior fitbit product for around 1 year ). After i ftid their location in the neaderlands, which was succesful. After they coudnt find it in their warehouse , in the 14th day they issued me a return. Also , you will need a serial number from the fitbit model you are tryng to se that wasnt activated yet.

so they just gave you a return address that you wrote on your package?
how does this ftid even work with prepaid labels that have an address attached to it?

i send it from my country ( somewhere in EU )

@maddylok initially , they game a return adress and told to ship it out myself , however i asked for a prepaid label and i was given one

so did you just edit the TO: address? because the barcode on it im pretty sure has an address shown when they scan it... i don't understand how this works

yes , i edited the to: adress and removed the notes that said my case number. In my case the ftid worked perfectly @maddylok

I don't think is going to work in the USA, all the prepaid barcodes have the address attached tot hem, the delivery drivers don't look at the address you supposedly edited.
