Just return them, if they say there the wrong ones dispute with PayPal and provide them the tracking # you got when returning the "items" you'll receive refund through pp ez

Why didn't you use the "missing Item" method?

Because I already tried with a switch that was special delivery Royal Mail. And I lost the dispute because it was done via special guarnteed tracked signed for delivery.

No, I'm not referring to the "DNA" method.

The "Missing Item", meaning receiving the package/box without the AirPods.

From eBay? If the seller has a tracking number and you say it hasn't arrived, they will win the dispute 10/10 times. As PayPal/eBay will side with the seller on DNA methods when they've used special delivery services as there is proof it did arrive. Bad move.

If you're doing it from eBay, you'll have to use the 'wrong item received' or 'Item wasn't in the box'.  Yes, you received the parcel so the tracking number isn't disputed but you've received the wrong item / not received it at all. Tracking can't prove  these methods.

Personally, I'd stay away from eBay unless you're doing it to the big companies on there (Argos, John Lewis, Tesco, Asda, etc). The smaller businesses / sellers will fight you every step of the way as they can put their full time & effort into dealing with disputes, unlike the big companies, who won't usually fight such a case.
