Ayo boys. I tried to do DNA . I said that i didint receive the package and also i did not sign it ( fun fact: courier signed the package with my name)
So yea i called DPD saying that i dd not receive my package.
30 minutes later the same currier that gave the package to me pulled up to my house (I didn't open the door for him) and he called me twice ( also didint answer it)
what i gotta do now

honestly i wouldnt SE DPD deliveries, the drivers have to pay themselves and the last time i did it the guy got fired cause it was an expensive order.

Man, you will get caught and ashamed because of some 50 dollars you blamed on the delivery guy. I would not try to SE some random small retailers at all, they are not walmart nor amazon, they count every penny so those silly excuses like i didn't received the package, it was stolen or arrived empty - they know it is a total bullshit (most of the time).

That's precisely how the claim Is dealt with - the company opens an Investigation with the carrier.
