I think it's because Blue hasn't received the logo .psd from the person he purchased it from. Time zone issues and such.

He is talking about the line where the logo and the background come together.

Looks fine for me. Don't see it but I see it in your image. Maybe it resolution differences?

I see it and if you dont. click and drag the logo and you can see it. Blue you should make it without a BG.(:
