True but lowkey that headache would be a good headache because it would mean that the forum topic is growing and is so active that you need to reconsider unmerging it again.

Yeah, its much harder to unmerge than it is to merge. For example, if we merged all the programming sections - that's 4-5 different prefixes we'd need to add/allocate. Unmerging would take way more time than the mistake of merging them. I do agree some sections have gone more dormant, so it's something I'm considering... but very careful about.

I wouldn't stress it too much. We're only on our first week back after a year (or so) offline. Always open to suggestions, though.
Right now I'd say it's too early to start deleting or merging any sections, but I'm aware of which sections are without posts.
