how to create a console in vb.net with form application with all kinds of functionality and the commands can also be executed from this application

Create a console application? What do you mean?
If you want to execute console commands, I think you can use Shell (), Consolle.writeline ()

Yeah, so instead of creating a "Windows Forms Application, you create a "Console Application" when starting a new project.
