I tried to do the mobile back and it was stressful to say the least they really tightened up their claims after they got hit a bunch.

No, account is probably 10 years old with 30/40 genuine orders which no doubt helped things.

EDIT - Received an email from ASOS saying they won't be issuing a refund (despite saying they would in the live chat) and my account is banned Biggrin Fuck ASOS
