For ASOS make sure you sue the chat option to contact a rep and not email them. Rep will send the refund though as you are chatting to them. Mine lands in my revolut account within 24 hours usually.

For ASOS make sure you sue the chat option to contact a rep and not email them. Rep will send the refund though as you are chatting to them. Mine lands in my revolut account within 24 hours usually.
will do. did you tell them the order partially arrived or DNA? i kept the order under 150euros and im planning to only say a 100 euro shoe didnt arrive. do you think it will work?

PEB. DNA usually they will need to investigate it but with partial they will refund you on the spot. Eliminates the risk of them investigating the DNA and banning your account after denying it. If you get banned with partial the refund has already been processed.
Recent ones I've done this week though I've told the agent after the refund that there was also a problem with another item that I'd like to return and they've issued a return label for that and not banned the accounts. So if there's something you want to legit return that's the best way to do it.
Otherwise account bans don't really matter. You make a new account each time anyway get the 20% off code for new customers and rinse and repeat.
