car parts - which method? #1
Hello guys

I am pretty new to all this SE stuff so I have some questions to ask you.
I am trying to SE some car parts on autodoc app which are worth around 200$, but are pretty heavy so I'm thinking EB/missing item won't work.
The package came pretty damaged and I didn't have to sign for it.
Is DNA worth trying or should I learn FTID and apply it?

Thanks!

Disregard It.

Perfect to DNA It.

Firstly, find out If they're liable for lost shipments.

For obvious reasons, hit the DNA.

Alternatively, opt for the damaged / poorly made method.

DNA is a good option here. Alternatively in the future try cardID

Thanks for your support.
I'll proceed with the DNA method and update you with the result.

Did you establish If they're liable for lost shipments?

I didn't manage to find anything related to lost shipments(I only checked the terms&conditions on their website).. although there are people on other forums complaining about lost parcels and some got their refund, some didn't.
I guess it won't be that easy.. anyway I'll update you with their response.

Given some users obtained a refund with the DNA, It concludes the company Is responsible for lost shipments.

Hello everyone!

I came with an update. So, they emailed me the following: confirmation of receipt in which the courier signed for me and a declaration of non-receipt that I need to complete in order to proceed to the next step.
As per my understanding, once I complete this form they will proceed to make a complaint against the courier. The order has my personal data in it, I didn't fake anything in it as it's my first time trying this.

Should I continue and complete the form?
Thanks!
