Hi i got rebilled by walmart once and never want anything like that to happen again. If I buy a pre paid visa card and use for a refund you think that would work? you think the money would still get returned ?

If you're purely referring to preventing funds withdrawn, use a VCC and cancel/dispose of It after receiving the refund.

for the rebill i got a rebill on my chase credit card from Walmart. for about 4000k but I was able to fix it. But for the future I'm sacred of rebelling anything on my credit card cause I never want to deal with the stress of getting a rebill. So I was thinking if I ever do a refund in the future to use a visa gift you get at stores, and put a prepaid balance of like 600 on there. But I was wondering if the. the money would actually be returned. to the card after the refund. Also sorry I'm noob is a vvc a virtual credit card, and which would you reccomonded

Usually, the refund Is Issued to the same card that was used to make the purchase.
