Currently doing a Bose meb was told I will be refunded last Thursday and to wait 3-5  business days for the refund I haven’t received anything yet and I know when this time frame is mentioned it’s usually the next day I’ve been told Bose don’t send no emails to confirm or anything and I’m unsure to just carry on waiting as I know Bose do have a track record of lying .

I would wait until next Monday, and if you haven't heard by then, you should deffos chase them up again.

What was the value? And was it just earphones or something heavier?
