-I did the earbuds, hopped on chat and told the agent that it was missing etc, they started an investigation
-took a long time because I was waiting for an email response that never came so I just live chatted them repeatedly.
-asked me to give pictures etc,
-approved refund

Like a month, but mainly because I was a bit lazy to reach out to them and they took long to ‘respond’ which they never did

Using MEB, this shi takes so long it's so annoying, alrdy a month I've been waiting with a approved replacement order

My advice is, do not return the replacement as they won’t RF
Just accept 2 for the price of 1
Sell them both and you done something
Bose used to be good for insta RF / replacement on small orders but since the world has done them its knackered so best to go after them on a Big order to PP
Or CB if very rare
