beginner SE on carhartt #1
I’m a beginner SE’r looking to do my first DNA on carhartt, nothing too big just one or two beanies ~£40 total, I was looking at carhartts terms of use to see who is liable for loss of goods and it states this:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CARHARTT GROUP OR ANY OF ITS OR THEIR RESPECTIVE CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE CONCERNING ANY SUBJECT MATTER RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, CONTENT OR USER CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ANY CLAIM OR ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), FOR ANY (A) MATTER BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, (B) LOSS OR INACCURACY OF DATA, LOSS OR INTERRUPTION OF USE, OR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY, GOODS OR SERVICES, OR © INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, RELIANCE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCESS, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE, CONTENT OR USER CONTENT, EVEN IF CARHARTT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Does this mean I am liable for loss of goods? Or is this only relating to the website? Anyone else who has SE’d carhartt please share how it went

carhartt terms of use also states:

You agree that the Carhartt Group shall not be responsible or liable for any unauthorized access to, alteration or use of your account, transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through the Website. You agree that the Carhartt Group shall not be responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal or other content or conduct of any third party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights.

“ any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through the Website. ”
is this only if it is an unauthorised purchase?

Disregard the DNA for the moment.

What's the weight of the beanies?

I would assume 50-100g per beanie

Try and locate the precise weight.

If It's 50 grams, the missing Item method can be used on both, or one beanie at 100 grams.

Provided they do not have CCTV cameras In place, the method has a very high success rate.

The weight bracket Is 120 grams - It's proven to succeed with countless members on this board.

Obviously, half that weight or less Is preferred.
