The next day I made an order worth twice as much and they blocked my account and asked for an extract from the bank. I sent them a bank statement and after they checked it, they wrote to me that they can’t unblock my account, because they want my bank to contact them and confirm my statement. I can’t ask for a bank, because the statement is half of the implausible information.

^ If you've fulfilled this, then they have no reason to be In contact with your bank.

What type of extract are they requesting?
I sent them (amazon.fr) a similar statement, with the help of which I could unlock my account on amazon.de without any problems. That's what Amazon.fr wrote to me:

As per below, did you fulfill their request by providing "an extract from your bank?". If you've done this, I don't see why further action Is required on your part.

that's it. I provided them with a bank statement several times, but they say they checked it and now they need my bank to contact them. I think that after my bank contacts them and confirms what they ask, they will tell my parents to contact them, and then they will ask my grandfather and grandmother to contact and confirm some other information. This is very consistent with Amazon logic.

Yes, but the question Is whether the bank statement Is In fact an extract from your bank.

What they're requesting Is quite vague. Personally, I'd be asking what their request for "an extract from the bank" Involves.

Yes, I received this application from the bank and we have the stamp and signature of the bank manager on it. I changed some data, such as name, address and phone number. This statement helped me activate my account on Amazon.de twice, but Amazon.fr is too strange and cannot clearly state what they want. I created a fake mailbox with the name of my bank and sent confirmation to my Amazon bank supposedly from my bank, as Amazon asked my bank to contact them and confirm my statement. Amazon.fr responded to the appeal of my bank: -
extract from my bank that I provided Amazon: https://ibb.co/ynf9wcY
