arcteryx SE inquiry 07-17-2022, 08:41 PM
#1
Hi all,
I am looking to SE an arcteryx atom vest which costs $250 CAD and weighs 240g. Given its weight, I was planning to use the DNA method instead. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with arcteryx? Thanks!

Check If they're responsible for lost shipments.

I just checked and unfortunately they are not responsible for items that are lost/damaged during shipping so DNA most likely will not work. Being 240g it's probably too heavy for EB method too. Their website is otherwise pretty vague in terms of returns. Any other recommendations? Thanks!

As long as CCTV cameras are not In place, the wrong Item received method can be used.

Hey dude,
i've hit them in the past for a similar item with a simple FTID, it was a few months ago. It took 3 weeks to get the refund. They seemed to be lost as it was happening I guess it doesn't happen to them all the time.
I had no problems at all the whole time, except for one moment when they asked me if I had sent my package by envelope or by box. Weird but it worked, so you shouldn't have any problems with them
bless

I will not give the country for obvious reasons, all I can say is that it was not in Canada. However, the shipping agency was UPS and the most basic version of the FTID was used, i.e. with information removed.
