i've hit them in the past for a similar item with a simple FTID, it was a few months ago. It took 3 weeks to get the refund. They seemed to be lost as it was happening I guess it doesn't happen to them all the time.
I had no problems at all the whole time, except for one moment when they asked me if I had sent my package by envelope or by box. Weird but it worked, so you shouldn't have any problems with them
bless
Do you mind expanding more on this - What country, courier Ftid version?
Would be helpful
I will not give the country for obvious reasons, all I can say is that it was not in Canada. However, the shipping agency was UPS and the most basic version of the FTID was used, i.e. with information removed.
Thank you

It's good to read they're vulnerable to the point of not cross-checking weights, at least not In your case.

I am looking to SE an arcteryx atom vest which costs $250 CAD and weighs 240g. Given its weight, I was planning to use the DNA method instead. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with arcteryx? Thanks!
