So basically i tried to SE Zowie and they are sending me a Retun label through UPS, i Don't want to box them so what can i say?

but I don't want to box them since i cant get hold of dry ice so what else can i say?

You don't need dry ice, you can use normal ice but wrap it in enough material that would take it at least 12 hours to seep through. The only time a human touches it is when they pick it up and when they drop it off. It will dry in between.
