Contacted zara on the 9th (dna claim) and since then been contacting them every 2 days and each time they say that they are waiting for a response from the courier and that they will give me a response in 48 hours in which they don't. The picture was perfect for dna. Should I keep on pressing zara or even contact royal mail.

Zara's customer support is tragic. Your best bet is to escalate the case, but even then you'll be waiting a while for a response. I had to file a PR for them to issue a refund for DNA (delivery picture wasn't in my favour). Good luck!

How long did it take for them to get back or did you just message them again? They get back via email right?

Keep contacting them, if they don´t give u a response in a close timeframe, try to escalate the case.

Update: Kept on pressing them and got refund thanks guys
