Zalando partial refund

flush911 · 02-13-2023, 05:21 PM

Hello, today I received a package from zalando, I bought some t shirts and sweatshirts and their cheaper counterparts, I plan to do a return of these expensive items (marking on the site) and instead send back the cheaper ones receiving the money for the more expensive ones. Will this work?

What I meant was whether the warehouse employees know what was to be returned and check it or just post the return to the warehouse

There's every chance they'll check the return.

You can DNA It, but do note that Zalando (at times) requests ID to move forward with their Investigation.
