This ain’t the first refund I’ve done with them, that’s is why I’ve used and different last night and a different address. The order is £1100+ trying to refund about £700 of it. I honestly don’t see how I can get around the id part if I used different details to my own.

I thought similar when it to the ID part but they still accepted it. The name address was different. However, my order wasn't as close to the amount of yours. After you send over the ID they'll process your refund but it will likely be your last due to the fact they've got your address and photo id.

Had you already done a refund with the details on your ID?

Yeah, I did an order to my address less than 6 weeks ago but they didn't do anything. Zalando as a company are very easily to deal with.

zalando is more tricky than before due to the large amount of exploitation done in the past. You may not have done anything different to trigger an investigation. You can either follow it through or take the hit. Most get scared when they hear a police report or having to give I.D . You could contact them i say there is no reason to give my personal I.D as it has nothing to do with the claim, however they will still insist on you signing the declaration form

Yea I understand what you mean. I fine doing th declaration form but it trying to get past the ID part, I may try what you say and see what’s happens or try and find someone on another forum to photoshop me a fake ID to complete the process hopefully.

Ring up a couple times, tell them you have sent it and you are wondering whats happening. After the second time if they do not budge just send the info, they will refund within 5 hours.

yes i did this myself actually and it worked fine.
