Hello guys, just bought 2 items on zalando, i'm wondering if is possible to get a refund saying one item miss in the box. In my country i have to sign the package.
The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

Please provide more information. Like the cost of the products and their weight. We can assist you from there

I did this on Zalando (80 EUR) and they directly gave me my money without asking questions. I am from The Netherlands (Zalando.nl) but should work on every Zalando.

Haven't heard much about zalando, probably meaning it's really easy as @recasso said. Probably say that only the cheaper item was in the box, or that you never received it. Just because it was signed for doesn't mean it was you. Could of been some random guy on the street pretending to be you.

I simply told them the product was missing from the package, and when I could expect the product. They mailed that they refunded the amount to my bank account, and if I wanted the product I could re-purchase.

They did not ask you to fill out the form to tell them which products are missing?

Nope. They asked me which product was missing via e-mail, and I told them which product. Then I got a e-mail that the refund has been done, and that I can re-purchase if I want.
