On the call everything went well.  I think the aggravation of the damaged package with my images helped.

The strange thing was an attempt to charge (no refund) for the same amount of the refund minutes after hanging up, and so on for several days.

I asked by email and their answer was that it was to correct the erroneous refund.

In any case, i received the refund and all that remains is to return the other PEB-exempt items, I hope no problem.

You shouldn't have any Issues with the return.

Unfortunately there seem to be problems with the return.

Apparently my "balance" was negative and they use the value of the return to subtract it from my negative balance.

For example:
300€ order,


180€ claimed,
€120 corresponding to returned items.

Result: -60€.

This was sent to me by Zalando himself in an automated email.

Later when contacting them, they tell me that the previous refund should not have been made because their investigation confirmed that the items left the warehouse and were scanned.

On the other hand, they confirm by phone that I will receive a refund for the returned items without any problem (refund to the negative balance or to my bank?). Contrary to what the automatic email told me.

I imagine it was approved due to worker "negligence".

@010restadero. I don't know how the rules are in the EU, but in the USA, usually companies don't take back a refund they already gave you. The only time they will rebill you is if they gave you a refund before you returned the item back to them. That doesn't seem to be the case with you. Hopefully they respond back to you about why they determined the refund to be a mistake. Also maybe you can say that why am I being punished over another reps mistake to kind of pull on their emotional and moral strings.

because according to what they say, the articles were correctly packed in the box and the customer service agent made a mistake when making the refund.
