Terrible, ordered in July claimed dna they asked for ID and to sign a disclaimer form I done all of these and still got rejected. Even opened a dispute with my payment provider and still didn’t work, Luckily they had a 100 day returns😂

Okay, thank you. I'm going to use a whole other method. Going to make a return label, let it scan by courier insider. the shipment will keep getting delayed so maybe it works because zalando does take responsibilty for lost return shipments

Okay, thank you. I'm going to use a whole other method. Going to make a return label, let it scan by courier insider. the shipment will keep getting delayed so maybe it works because zalando does take responsibilty for lost return shipments
