Hi bros, im planning on hitting zalando with DNA for about 400€ ... if someone has any experience which kind of communication is the most successful i would appreciate it. I dont want any sudden surprises
Should i call them, send an email or live chat?🙌
also - what role does it play if a product is shipped and sold by zalando or other partners? Is it the same as at amazon, where i should only choose products that zalando handles?

also - what role does it play if a product is shipped and sold by zalando or other partners? Is it the same as at amazon, where i should only choose products that zalando handles?
Im in the middle of a Zalando DNA (~700€).
Called them up saying it DNA, currently waiting for a reply from them.
Hermes just dumped the package in front of my door without any POD.
You should only buy items shipped and sold by Zalando, otherwise they will ship multiple packages to you wich could hinder your DNA attempt.
That is all I know for know, I can update you on further delevopments.

Quick update - Had to sign the regular Zalando form.
They will do an investigation with the courier.

I can't dispute or chargeback because I did not pay yet, I ordered it via invoice payment not too sure what it's called in English.
