quick update order was canceled by bigw because name on my card and acc were different waiting for money to come back to account then will order again with proper details.

It's gone Into pre-auth (pre-authorization), which Is a temporary hold of your funds due to the mismatch of details with the transaction.

Depending on your bank (CBA, NAB and Westpac are usually pretty fast), It can take up to 5 business days to clear Into your account. Most are done a lot sooner.
