Does this mean, if the alert script can run on this page using this method, then all scripts (even malicious ones) will run on it? If yes, please do show some example scripts that gives some advantage to the user(a noob like me. :-P) instead of just alert().

The scripts are java script learn at least the basics of it and you should be able to perform some attacks
